Situated at 100 m. the beach in the tourist area of "Los Pinos" and 350 m. urban center. It is a renovated apartment building of 7 floors with 2 apartments per floor.
The apartments consist of living room with sofa-bed, 2 double bedrooms (one double bed), bathroom, kitchen open to dining room and terrace with furniture turned to the sea.
We also have an elevator and just 100 m. of the apartments, there are all kinds of services. You will also find parking in the vicinity.
Included in price is the equipment (except clothes in general), water, gas, electricity, cleaning incoming and outgoing.
On the other hand, is not included in the price can rent bed linen at the reception, 5 € per person per week.
